Privacy Policy

This site is run by Moshe Morris (“I”, “me”). It explains what personal information I collect when you use moshemorrismusic.com, why I collect it, and the choices you have. I’ve kept it plain on purpose.

What I collect

• Your email address — only when you choose to join the list.
• Basic technical data — standard server logs and your IP address, used to keep the site secure and to limit signup abuse.
• How the site is used — via Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived (for example, a link you clicked). This is aggregate usage data, not tied to your name.

I do not ask for, or collect, any other personal details.

Why I collect it

To send you the emails you signed up for — previews of upcoming songs, early listens, the stories behind the songs, and the occasional announcement. That’s it.

Your consent

Joining is double opt-in: after you enter your email, I send a confirmation link, and you’re only added once you click it. That click is your consent, and I keep a record of it. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Who else is involved

A few trusted services help run the site, each handling only what it needs:

• Resend — delivers the emails you signed up for; it processes your email address on my behalf.
• Google Analytics — measures site traffic so I can see how people find the music. It sets analytics cookies and may process your IP address and usage.
• Google Fonts — serves the site’s typefaces; your browser requests them from Google when a page loads.
• Spotify — released song pages embed a Spotify player, which may set its own cookies once it loads.

I do not sell, rent, or share your information, and I don’t run advertising trackers.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Use it any time and you’re removed from the list — no login, no hard feelings. You can also email me and I’ll take care of it.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe, after which it’s removed from the active list (I may keep a minimal record of the unsubscribe so I don’t email you again). Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics under its standard retention settings.

Cookies

Two kinds of cookies: essential ones the site needs to work securely (such as your session), and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure visits. No advertising cookies are set here. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
